According to opinion poll and survey of the happiest and unhappiest countries in Africa released recently,  surprisingly, Libyans were rated as the happiest people in Africa. Nigerians are the 4th. The most miserable country in Africa is Madagascar. In terms of the happiest people in the world the Swiss people are rated to be number on.
