4 Time Management Tips For Work-Life Balance

4 Time Management Tips For Work-Life Balance

I know how busy you are, and even reading a blog on time management is something that you seldom have the time to do. I promise you will learn more practical and immediately usable ideas, methods, strategies and techniques for getting more done to have a work-life balance, and improve your quality of life.

Time management behaviors are very much a matter of choice. You choose to be efficient or you choose to be disorganized. You choose to focus and concentrate on your highest-value tasks, or you choose to spend your time on activities that contribute little value to your life. You choose to be positive or you choose to be negative. And you are always free to choose your quality of life.

Choose To Manage Your Time

The starting point of overcoming your previous programming, and eliminating the mental blocks to time management, is for you to make a clear, unequivocal decision to become excellent at the way you use your time. You must decide, right here and now, that you are going to become an expert in time management to improve your quality of life. Your aim should be to manage your time so well that people look up to you and use you as a role model for their own work habits. There are four times management tips that you can use to program yourself for peak performance to improve your work-life balance.

1. The Power Of Positive Affirmations

Positivity will change your quality of life and is the first of these methods for programming your subconscious mind is “positive self-talk,” or the use of positive affirmations. These are commands that you pass from your conscious mind to your subconscious mind. Positive affirmations are statements that you either say out loud or say to yourself with the emotion and enthusiasm that drives the words into your subconscious mind as new operating instructions. Begin by repeating positive affirmations over and over to yourself, “I am excellent at time management! I am excellent at time management!” Any command or positive affirmation repeated over and over again in a spirit of faith, acceptance and belief, will eventually be accepted by your subconscious mind.
To improve your time management, you can continually repeat positive affirmations; “I have a work-life balance!” or “I concentrate easily on my highest pay-off tasks!” My favorite time management affirmation is, “I use my time well. I use my time well. I use my time well.” When you repeat positive affirmation over and over, they are eventually accepted by your subconscious mind. You will then find that your external behaviors will start to reflect your internal programming to improve your work-life balance and quality of life.

2. Visualize Your Time Management Skills

The second technique that you can use to program your subconscious mind is through visualization. Mental pictures most immediately influence your subconscious mind. In self-image psychology, the person you see is the person you will be through positive affirmations. Begin to see yourself as well organized, efficient and effective in time management. Recall and recreate memories and pictures of yourself when you were performing at your best. Think of a time when you were working efficiently and effectively, and getting through an enormous amount of work. Play this picture of yourself over and over again on the screen of your mind.

3. Create A Work-Life Balance Through Positive Affirmations

The third time management method is simple. First, you sit or lie in a quiet place where you can be completely alone in the silence. Through positive affirmations, imagine yourself going through an important upcoming experience, such as a meeting, a presentation, a negotiation or even a date that would improve your work-life balance and your quality of life. As you sit or lie completely relaxed, create a picture of the coming event and see it unfolding perfectly in every respect. See yourself as calm, positive, happy and in complete control. See the other people doing and saying exactly what you would want them to do if the situation was perfect.

4. Change Your Quality Of Life

The fourth mental technique will change the quality of life you experience through time management. Imagine that you have been selected for a role in a movie or stage play. In this role, you are to act the part of a person who is extremely well organized in every respect. As you go through your daily life, imagine you are an actor who is playing this part, who is already very good at time management. Act as if you are already using your time efficiently and well.
Action Exercise
Pretend that you are an expert in personal efficiency and time management. Fake it until you make it. When you pretend that you are excellent in time management, eventually the action, which is under your direct control, will develop the mindset or the belief in your subconscious mind. If you need to improve your time management skills to have a work-life balance begin using positive affirmations to visualize the quality of life that you want!

SALES TIPS AND STRATEGIES TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL AT SELLING

SALES TIPS AND STRATEGIES TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL AT SELLING
Anthony C. Josephat-Nwokolo,

Did you know that there are 4 common obstacles that salespeople face when closing sales? There are several other reasons why the end game of selling is stressful and difficult, but there are a few that are most common. I've created a special, free report for you, but first, I want to go over the most common obstacles to closing sales.
Fear of Failure
There are several other reasons why the end game of selling is stressful and difficult. First and foremost is the fear of failure experienced by the prospect. Because of negative buying experiences in the past, over which you could have no control, prospects are conditioned to be suspicious, skeptical and wary of salespeople and sales approaches. They may like to buy, but they don't like to be sold. They are afraid of making a mistake. They are afraid of paying too much and finding it for sale cheaper somewhere else.
Fear of Criticism
They are afraid of being criticized by others for making the wrong buying decision. They are afraid of buying an inappropriate product and finding out later that they should have purchased something else. This fear of failure, of making a mistake in buying your product, is the major reason why people object, hesitate and procrastinate on the buying decision.
Fear of Rejection
The second major obstacle to selling is the fear of rejection, of criticism and disapproval experienced by the salesperson. You work long and hard to prospect and cultivate a prospective buyer and you are very reluctant to say anything that might cause the prospect to tune you out and turn you off. You have a lot invested in each prospect and if you are not careful, you will find yourself being wishy-washy at the end of the sale, rather than risking incurring the displeasure of the prospect by your asking for a firm decision.
Customers Are Busy
The third reason why the end of the sale is difficult is that customers are busy and preoccupied. It isn't that they are not interested in enjoying the benefits of your product. It's just that they are overwhelmed with work and they find it difficult to make sufficient time available to think through your recommendations and make a buying decision. And the better they are as a prospect, the busier they tend to be. This is why you need to maintain momentum throughout the sales process and gently push it to a conclusion at the appropriate time.
Inertia is Hard to Break
The factor of inertia is the fourth reason that can also cause the sales process to come to a halt without a resolution. Customers are lazy and often quite comfortable doing what they are currently doing. Your product or service may require that they make exceptional efforts to accommodate the change or a new way of doing things. They perhaps recognize that they would be better off with your product, but the trouble and expense of installing it hardly seems to make it worth the effort. They see no pressing need or urgency to stop doing what they are doing and start doing something else with what you are selling.
Everyone Buys at the Same Time
The good news is that everybody you meet has bought and will buy, new products and services from someone, at some time. If they didn't buy from you, they will from someone else. You must find the way to overcome the natural physical and psychological obstacles to buying and then hone your skills so that you are capable of selling to almost any qualified prospect you speak to.
I've created a special report to help you overcome obstacles that preventing you from closing more sales and making more money.

Stolen US$20 Billion from Nigerian Govt., NNPC and JP Morgan Bank accused of collaborating to siphon the money

US$20 Billion Crude Oil proceeds Stolen from Nigerian Govt., NNPC and JP Morgan Bank accused of collaborating to siphon the money

Andrew Yakubu
GMD
NIGERIAN NATIONAL PETROLEUM CORP (NNPC)

Refinery

Corrupt enrich is common among Nigerian top government officials, that is why a whooping sum of US$20Billion was not accounted for and probably diverted into some greedy persons account, while a lot of people are suffering in Nigeria.  There are good and bad success, we are committed to eulogizing and extolling good success, we are condemning bad success, when you steal by any means to enrich yourself you are not having good success but a bad one and i does not last.

As the plot thickens on the missing $20 billion, a JP Morgan account which is allegedly managed by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has now come under scrutiny. While the senate continues its probe of the fuel subsidy scheme, Chairman of the Panel, Senator Magnus Abe stated that the JP Morgan account – which holds all proceeds from the sale of crude oil – was unconstitutional and therefore illegal.

Minister of Finance, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala stated that she was unaware of the number of the JP Morgan account. She said, “Well, I know that the NNPC – since it deals with marketing of petroleum products outside – has external accounts and I believe that they have an account with JP Morgan, but I don’t have the details of that account.”

When senator Magnus Abe rephrased his question and asked her if she was aware of a specific JP Morgan account – into which all the revenues from the sales of Nigeria’s crude is paid into, Okonjo-Iweala said, “I’d like to make very clear, I said I believe the NNPC does, I do not have the account number, and I have never been privy to statements from the account. But I also said that since they are making sales of oil outside the country, I would imagine that when you do those transactions, you would have an account into which all the proceeds go in.”

The new NNPC GMD, Mr. Andrew Yakubu admitted to having knowledge of the account, but added that the account was managed by the Central Bank of Nigeria. Senator Abe argued against this, declaring that the CBN governor had earlier stated that the JP Morgan account was managed by the NNPC, and that monies were transferred from that account to the Federation account (which is managed by the CBN). Senator Abe said that if the NNPC GMD maintained that the CBN managed the account, he would invite the CBN governor to come to the panel tomorrow with Mr. Yakubu.

The committee directed The Minister of Finance to liaise with the Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Alison Madueke to stop the operation of the account.
