I recently had the pleasure of catching up again with Daniel Goleman, who is an internationally known psychologist that lectures frequently to
professional groups, business audiences, and on college campuses. Goleman reported on the brain and behavioral sciences for The New York Times for many years. His 1995 book, Emotional Intelligence was on The New York Times bestseller list for a year-and-a-half; with more than five million copies in print worldwide in 30 languages, and has been a best seller in many countries.

Truly, Late Dr. Myles Munroe died a fulfilled man, although he died accidentally in a plane crash, but many people believe that he finished his assignment here before the Lord called him back home. Truly, his ministries, books, teachings and gifts has influenced, transformed, informed and inspired a whole lot of folks of which i am one of the benefactors. The Late Dr. Myles said on a live TV program few hours before he died, "That if one's business or ministry dies with the person, that then person was a failure. He advices that everyone should always raise and mentor others that would succeed us, in case one passes away.   In this video program Myles Munroe's first son Chairo shares what he learned from his father. Truly, his dad have truly mentored in to step into his shoes. Watched and be inspired.
