Idea + Action = Success - Strive Masiyiwa

Stive Masiyiwa,Founder, Econet Wireless

“One of these days” may be too late.
When I start some of my projects, I’m sure a few people think I’m really “way out there” as far as what seems possible in this world. “Too ambitious!” “Impossible!” “You must be joking!?” Although I don’t know if many would say this to me, I expect they think it sometimes.
What about you? Do you sometimes have a great idea but, even before other people tell you, “No way! Not you!” you say those words to yourself? Do you make the big mistake of stopping yourself in your own tracks even before you do your research? Even before you start putting real foundations under your business visions?

Seven Leadership Principles to Learn from an Eagle...

(1). Eagles fly alone and at high altitudes.
They don't fly with sparrows or other small birds.
• Stay away from (narrow minded people) sparrows and ravens, those that bring you down.
Eagles fly with Eagles.
• Keep good company.
(2). Eagles have an accurate vision. They have the ability to focus on something as far as 5km..
• No matter what the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it.
• Have a vision and remain focused no matter what the obstacle and you will succeed.
(3). Eagles do not eat dead things. They feed only on fresh prey..
