Report reaching us from authoritative source is that Airtel Nigeria, one of the telecom operators in Nigeria has prayed the Lagos Division of the Court of Appeal to stay execution of a Garnishee Order Nissi made against it to pay one of its contractors (Procomtel Limited) for breach of contractual agreement.
